Sara Roe Shatters HS Records at Kent State Fieldhouse (PA)

 Kent, OH - December 8, 2024

Sara Roe kicked off her indoor track and field season in spectacular fashion at the Kent State Fieldhouse, rewriting her high school’s record books. The Leap Squad Virtual Team athlete broke both the indoor long jump and triple jump records with outstanding leaps of 17' 5.5" and 36' 1.5", respectively.

Sara, who joined the Leap Squad Virtual Team in August 2024, has been relentless in her training and focus. Her dedication since joining has translated into remarkable progress, and she shows no signs of slowing down.

Reflecting on her strong start, Sara expressed excitement about the season ahead, building on the momentum of last year’s successes. Her performances at Kent State not only set a high benchmark for her peers but also position her as a rising star to watch in the track and field world.
